Shine with us

At H&P we empower our community to do ground-breaking work, develop their skills and advance their careers in a culture of principles, diversity and creativity.

We’re better together

Inspiring workplace

With all the different programs, events, and employee-led resources available, we’re sure you’ll find a few you love. Check out a handful now.

Celebrations and Events

Our calendar of virtual and in-person social activities includes the celebration and promotion of diverse cultures. We’ve offered fun and dynamic events like Latin American Trivia, Drag BINGO, numerous guest speakers and even a private performance from UniverSoul Circus, U.S.A.’s leading Black-owned circus.

Community Involvement

Our team leads volunteer efforts in our global locations to impact local communities. We regularly help bring resources to those in need through food, toy and blood drives, and we’ve even hosted a major benefit concert. Our employee matching gift program has raised funds for causes we care about, including racial and environmental justice, and mental health services.

Pro Bono and Impact Partnerships

H&P’s pro bono and impact work partnerships provide our services at a free or reduced rate to causes and community work we support, such as nonprofits, economic development efforts and businesses owned by underrepresented groups.
